Everyone knows the WhatsApp group where an invitation gets lost between two messages. A digital birthday invitation fits in one link: date, time, address, map, dress code, and a button to reply. You follow the replies in real time and can correct a detail without resending anything.
Children’s birthday: the background they chose
Football stadium, unicorn, dinosaurs, the world of their favourite game: upload your own background image from the editor, add your child’s photo, the start time and the end time. Parents reply online and flag allergies.
Frequently asked questions
Which ages are birthday invitation designs available for?
Designs exist for 18, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70 years, and for children aged 1 to 10. The age shown is simply text: any design can be adapted to any age in the editor.
What should I put on a child’s birthday invitation?
The name and age, the date, the start and end times, the address with its map, what to bring (swimsuit, slippers…) and a way to reply. With the animated children’s birthday invitation, parents reply online and flag allergies, and you can set as the background the image your child has chosen: their sport, their favourite animals, their hero.
How do I organise invitations for a surprise birthday?
Send the invitation link in a private message rather than in a group, and state clearly in the text that it is a surprise. Guests reply on the page, without going through the person being celebrated, and you follow the replies from your editor.
How do guest replies (RSVP) work?
Your guests reply directly on the page: attendance, number of adults and children, allergies, a short message. You set a deadline after which the form closes. You find all the replies in your editor, with totals, and you can export them to a file that Excel can read, for the caterer. Online replies are included in the wedding, christening, communion and birthday plans; menu choice and custom questions are reserved for the wedding invitation.
Can I use my own photo and my own background?
Yes, in all plans: a photo (the baby, the couple, the person celebrated), shown round, square or arched, and, if you wish, your own background image instead of the one in the design — a football stadium for a child’s birthday, the family home, a beach. A new upload replaces the previous image.
